Audit Committee Institute's Annual Mutual Fund Session, June 1, 2009

On June 1, from 10:30AM to 12:15PM, the Audit Committee Institute, an organization formed by KPMG to to serve as a resource for audit committee members and senior management, will hold its ninth annual Mutual Fund Session, a roundtable structured to elicit discussion and exchange views and insights on current topics and challenges to board governance and fund management. Directors serving on their fund's audit committee will not want to miss this free annual update on current accounting issues facing audit committees.

The Audit Committee Institute's Annual Mutual Fund Session may be attended in person in Boston, and is also available via webcast. Regardless of the method of attendance, registration is free.
